Delete your Slap account
You can permanently delete your account from this page. Sign in with the phone number attached to the account, then select Delete my account and confirm.
What is deleted
Your Slap profile, saved operators, notification preferences, requests, reviews, ratings, community photos, captions, and authentication account are permanently deleted.
What may be retained
Slap may retain limited records when required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping. Public business listings are separate from personal accounts and are not removed solely because a user account is deleted.
Delete data without closing your account
Sign in to Slap to remove individual data while keeping your account. You can unsave an operator from Saved faves, remove a community photo you posted from the business profile, and turn off or remove notification preferences from Account.
To remove a review or other specific data that does not have an in-app delete control, use the Contact us form and identify the data you want removed. Slap may retain limited records only for the legal, security, and fraud-prevention reasons described above.
If you cannot access your phone account, contact Slap through the Contact us form and request account deletion.
